And yes he is yet another of the scammers using photos of Dr James Baldwin.

This is the backstory I was told
- His name is Andrew Baldin (note the spelling mistake)
- He is from Pensylvannia, USA
- He is single
- He has a son of 12
- He is a doctor with the US Navy, currently in Afghanistan
To be honest these days when I see Instagram accounts using this guy's images I tend not to talk to them. I did with this one to find out his backstory. However, once elucidated I called him out as the clear fake that he is and got him blocked and reported on Instagram.
