Luis Eduardo Oliveira SCAMMED

Friday 12 April 2019

The guy I am about to introduce you to today is a young Doctor from Brazil called LUIS EDUARDO OLIVEIRA.

If you are approached online by any accounts that are using this doctor's images you can be sure that they account is a fake one being operated by scammers.  Get the account reported and blocked.  You can always contact me on Instagram by DM with the account details should they be different to accounts already on my blog.

Please do not send this person, or anyone you message online, any money, tech, gift cards, or say you will accept a parcel or money from them.  The money, tech and gift cards goes to fund their scamming lifestyle.  If you accept a parcel you will be expected to pay money to receive the parcel which will never arrive with you.  If you accept money from them by bank transfer, western union, moneygram or any other way then be aware that you are handling money they have made from scamming other people and you are guilty of money laundering which is a crime punishable with a prison sentence.  Is your scammer worth getting a criminal record for???  I don't think so so please don't do it.  The scammer doesn't love you they love your money and your naivety and your willingness to help them.  They laugh, call you a client, call what they do hustling.  These are not the actions of a person who loves you.

  1. I met someone online under the name of Harry Howell (I believe he also uses David Howard & several other aliases) stating he was a cardiothoraic surgeon living in Gilbert, AZ & was the single father to a daughter named Kendall. He does his homework and knows landmarks, stores and restaurants of the places he supposed is.

He had an extensive number of Luis' images, including images I can't find anywhere else on IG.

The saying 'a worried mother does better research than the FBI' applies here.

I was successful in getting the guy to give me his personal photo but not his name. He is VERY GOOD & design computer programs to initiate and maintain contact with his victims (he own admission when I confronted him). He either attended or currently attends Delta State Polytechnic Otefe-Oghara in Nigeria.

When he contact me, he was using a phone number with a 785 area code.

  3. @Davidscott7353 is his new Instagram account, that he's continuously trying to scam people on. Says he's from Los Angeles, Cali. Claims to be a single dad to kid(S) and a surgeon. He immediately said "I'm David Scott from the United states of america" and then got mad when I said "oh so you're a scammer".

  5. a man named Mark Andre wrote to me ... he sent me a lot of pictures of the doctor, but I didn't know about these scams. and I fell in love, he promised to come to me.but a few days ago he asked me for money because he needed it, but I didn't give him anything. then I accidentally saw about these scams. and I became suspicious.I started searching with a program and found that these are pictures of the doctor. Now I am very bad because I fell in love, I fell in love with a person who has nothing to do with it.😭😭

  8. Hi. Yes about a month ago the a person using the above Dr profile approach me on Instagram using the name JAMES GREG a Dr from Ohio. Wanted money by second week saying he needed it for his father's construction buisness. By this time I knew it was a hoax and got very defensive when I asked him questions about Ohio. He obviously did his homework on the poor guy above. After nearly 3 weeks I reported and blocked him but I've since noticed that a name by JAMES GREG is still alive on Instagram but blank pic. I then managed to research into the above person and didn't realise how huge he was in Brazil. He needs to make all of his profile private as it's how these scammers targets vulnerable women. Does this Luis guy know how these scammers work? Can he not help Instagram? Surely it's for his peace of mind too. Eventually my scammer owned up and said he was living in Africa and backed off. I really do hope these scumbags gets caught and Instagram security gets tougher!

  9. Oh yes the real guy does know how it all works. The photos that the scammers are using are very old images from old social media accounts. The real guy is no longer on Instagram or Facebook as far as I can tell. Isn't it a shame that someone is forced off these sites because of the actions of others? Please do not blame the real guy. It is not his fault. Blame the people who make the fake accounts and the people who send the money facilitating the scammers.

  10. A scammer contacted to me in the SMULE app his profile name is FRANK JOHN , he had on this profile the photo of the Luis Eduardo Oliveira ( a famous Brazilian and handsome doctor) we chat at first in WhatsApp, then he wanted to chat in hangout app, he asked for my photos and told me : do you believe Do you believe in love at first sight? he told me he wanted be my friend , then he insisted for my pics and I didn’t sent him nothing , he blocked me . After few days he contacted to me in WhatsApp and asked me again for my pics , I told him no because you blocked me a he asked me
for forgiveness and again asked me to send my photos. He never asked me for money but he was very insistent that I send him my photos. Then I searched the internet and saw that he was a scammer. Then I showed him the real photos of the famous doctor and quickly he removed the photo from his profile. In the smule application there are already two scammers who contact me , please be very careful with social apss.

  11. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a comment. It is so valuable that you have. Your experience of being blocked and then being unblocked later is usual too and why I don't recommend chatting on Whatsapp or Hangouts because, even though you can block them on there, they have your contact details for those apps and can add you again should they change their phone number and/or gmail address for hangouts.

  13. He contacted me at Facebook dating app claiming he was US military surgeon.
We exchange WhatsApps and he had US number. Saying he was half German and half American from north Carolina. That his parents died in car accident. He love bombed me and asked from me to write to his " superior" to get a leave. I asked him to talk on phone, but he said he cant cause its secret mission. I started doubting, asking for voice message, or short video of saying " hi" as he sent me one short video by himself the night prior, where he was making some facial expression with music im background. I don't know from where scammer download it.
He couldnt provide anything that i asked, he sent me fake us passport copy.
I called him a scammer and provoked him at many ways, then he sent voice message but it sounded African, not american. So i said this and as he has nothing left, he blocked me. All that happened in 2-3 days.

I am curious to know what is with real person, Luis and why is he so famous?
    Thank you
