This guy is masquerading as Bill Winters the CEO of Standard Chartered Bank in America. We have seen a scammer doing the same as this before claiming to be him, so my friend just copied and pasted all the comments from the previous scam to the new scammer. The result is very funny and shows how stupid they are.
