There is no backstory for this guy as you will notice, perhaps, that these are the same images that the Instagram user called oneilclinton21 used (already blogged a couple of days ago). Both myself and my friends have seen these images used with known scammers profiles so this one is a fake too. Plus the numbers of people he is following is a good clue to him being a scammer.
