Bill Winters is the CEO of the Standard Chartered Bank. He has had his image and identity stolen many times to pull a typical Nigerian inheritance scam on you. Please remember that if you get approached by any guy saying that he is this Bill Winters HE IS NOT!! The real one would never contact you about this kind of thing. Please also take a few moments to remember that this guy is being scammed in the same way that you are. Only it has happened to him many, many times over, again and again.
