This guy really shot himself in the foot as you will see with the following screenshot.
I have no backstory for him apart from the fact that he is American. Well he isn't as the alaye goes to prove. And the fact that the photos that are on his Instagram profile are so familiar to me. A known set of images being used again and again and again.
