All of these are fake Instagram accounts. They may well be active or they may have been removed. However, note the spellings and number combinations because they may well be back with slightly different spellings and/or numbers.
The scammer is on the line with nicknames henrydav222 and james scott, using email is gahamh250@gmail.com and says he is working for NATO at DONBASS UKRAINE
