These are all fake accounts found on Instagram. Some may well still be active and others may have been taken down. However, there could be accounts that have slight spelling and/or number differences.
And this is one of the many fake accounts using Mr Bela's image that claim they can make you lots of money. Really all they will do is make you poorer. You send them money and you see nothing in return. Don't fall for the easy money - nothing in life is easy and that goes for making money.
His photo is also used with the name KELVIN KENNEDY on Instagram, hangouts, word with friends, etc.

Currently a fake profile is using these photos under the name John Mark on FB. The only two likes on one of his photos are from Africans.
