And these are all fake accounts that myself or friends have had the misfortune to come across on Instagram. There will be more out there that I am unaware of - information is always welcome to add to the blog and Instagram. These fake account are all using the images of Dr Mark Smith
Please click on his name to take you to a blog post all about the real guy.
And the conversation here just illuminates the fact that it is a fake account of scammers. A profession the scammer cannot explain fully and in poor English. It smacks of being fake.
