He has had his images stolen countless times to be used to make fake accounts on Instagram, other social media, gaming and dating platforms online. I have even seen fake LinkedIn accounts using these images. Please bear in mind that the man in the images is a victim of scamming as much as you are and please never approach him or his family or friends about the issue. The best thing you can do is to report and block the user on the platform where you have encountered him. Also remember that if anyone asks you to send any cash or itunes/Google Play/Amazon cards then the person is definitely a fake scamming you.
