No need for any other information here about this fake account. Be assured that it is fake because we have seen the photos used by other known fake accounts. I have also found the real guy from the images.
His real name is Johnny Marsh
If you read this introduction on his real Instagram profile you can see that he is very much aware of the problem of fakes stealing his images by saying he only uses the two different Instagram accounts listed and no others.
