There is no need for a backstory with this guy because a reverse image search was successful with the image of him below.
The real guy is Scott Humpal.
I have checked out the twitter user name and it is the real guy. I have also searched for him on Google and lots of information cropped up about his images being used to create fake accounts on Instagram and all social media, dating, gaming platforms. There are even some fakes on LinkedIn.
