This is a known fake account using the images of Dr Fernando Gomes Pinto Click on his name to take you to a page with more information and images of the real guy.
I have included the screenshots of most of the conversation that this scammer had with a friend of mine. I am sure that you will see that they just add to the overwhelming evidence of fakery here.
