I am sure that you will be able to see from the opening messages from this person, you will see that it is a fake account manned by a scammer. He works for an oil company and is a bitcoin investor. And both of those are typically occupations of scammers. Bitcoin appears to be the new scam on Instagram where they will ask you to email their boss for information about how to invest. I suspect here that if you invest you will see no return for your investment and you will have been robbed.
