This is clearly a fake account. Please read the screenshots included here for you. I am sure that you will see from the conversation and the poor English and the reference to sorcery that it makes it quite clear that you are being messaged by a scammer from Africa. Plus the fact that he struggles to spell the city his Mother lives in. Never trust a profile with no pictures on it. A post count of 0 is something to be wary of especially if people are following them (why because they don't post anything) and he is following quite a few.
