If you are approached by these or other accounts on Instagram that are using this man's images then you can be sure that it is a fake account. He is not messaging women willy nilly on Instagram wanting a relationship and then asking for money or iTunes cards.
Please also be aware that these accounts may still be active on Instagram and elsewhere. However, they may also have been removed. There may be others that have similar names and similar numbers used so this is still information that is beneficial to you to stop you from being scammed.
