And the next scammer for today is this guy   davidfestus75

This guy is clearly a scammer operating from a fake Instagram account.  Although there is no screenshot here of the profile it is an account using the photos of  Dr Fernando Gomes Pinto  Click on the name which will take you to a page all about the real doctor and show you some pictures of the real guy and lots of names of fake accounts.

If you still are not convinced that you are talking to a scammer with a fake account, take a look at these two screenshots that a friend sent me for you to read.  I am sure that you will be able to see more evidence of a fake account after reading them.

And the next one for today is this scammer

And here is yet another fake using an American soldier for his scamming.  I got all the usual blah blah blah about being a soldier on a peacekeeping mission, asked all the usual questions, had all the usual rubbish spoken to me, all of which is evident in the screenshots that follow.  You will see that he never asked me for anything but I didn't give him chance.  He was wanting to move our conversation onto another place, probably Hangouts or WhatsApp, and came up with the usual comment about not being able to communicate well whilst peacekeeping and would have gone on to say that Instagram is not secure.  I mean, like Hangouts or WhatsApp are secure!!  Classic sign of a scammer.  He got reported, blocked and now he is blogged.

And the next scammer for today is this one

And what follows is the only image he sent me of himself.

I have not included all the screenshots of the conversation we had because they are not really necessary but what I have added show you clearly that this account is fake and operated by a scammer and not a particularly clever one.  Just look at the language used, how it is written, what is talked about and you can see that this is just a scammer.  And of course he proved himself by asking for an iTunes card whilst I was out.  All he got was reported and blocked and now blogged!

And the first new scammer account for today is this one

And this guy is clearly a fake although the number of followers and the number he is following is slightly deceptive.  You will see that the Yoruban word "Alaye" was uttered in just the very second message.  There is a terrible excuse for the reason why.  Nigerian keywords must be really clever because they apparently can type words all on their own with no human input needed!!!  Apologies for the rude language but I really can't always help myself in these situations.

We saw the other day the problems facing the men who get their photographs stolen by scammers and used to create fake online accounts to befriend us and scam us out of our hard-earned cash, when I posted known fake accounts using the images of the model Tom Ernsting.  Well today I show you how mammoth the problem can really be.  What follows here are screenshots of fake accounts on Instagram of scammers who are using the images of  Barnabysdaddy  Please click the name to follow the link to the page where I write about the real man in the photos.

What follows is by no means an exhaustive list of accounts as more are being discovered all the time.   These are all fake Instagram accounts that we have encountered and have reported and blocked for being fake.

If you are approached by anyone using these photographs on any platform online be sure that you are being approached by scammers.

James Scott Geras aka Barnabysdaddy is an openly gay man and if you look at his genuine Instagram account shown below, you will see this is true.  He also posts screenshots of fake accounts and often writes underneath.  This below is his only Instagram account and he is not on facebook so be certain of who you are dealing with.  No-one who uses these photos is approaching you looking for romance at all.

Please do not approach the real guy here.  As you already have seen, he is very aware of the problem and is affected greatly by what is happening.  There is plenty of proof out there that he is not the person you are talking to online.  His life has also been hugely impacted from the scammers stealing his images.  

If we wish this scamming to stop, we the women are the ones who have the power to stop them. We have to stop believing all the rubbish we are told, we need to use the technology we have to do our research (it takes only a few minutes but could save your embarrassment and your bank account), we need to believe our instincts and act on them.  If the account and what the person is saying feels too good to be true IT IS too good to be true.  And this is the most empowering part, we have the ability to report them and block them and stop the communication and the sending of the stuff they ask for.

If you are approached by accounts that use the photos of this man please be aware that you are being approached by fake accounts manned by scammers.

The real Clayton Littlewood you will gather from the screenshot of his Instagram account, is gay and openly gay and proud.  So you will not be being approached by the real guy in this instance on Instagram or any other social media platform online.

Please never approach the real man.  There is nothing he can do to stop these lowlifes scamming using his images.  The power lies with us ladies.  We are the ones who can stop this awful scamming from occurring.  If we empower ourselves to firstly, not believe all the rubbish the scammers tell us and then, learn to report and block them as soon as we realise they are fake, they would have no need to scam us in this way anymore.  Until we stop sending them what they ask for as money, cards and/or tech then we will continue to be scammed.
